I doubt there can be another real estate sales agent anywhere that can demonstrate more sales knowledge and enthusiasm than did Marlene Donaldson. Thanks to her, within a period of only three weeks after several open house showings, comprehensive newspaper ads, TV listings and lots of other activity, we had a sales contract for near the asking price and without contingencies.
